Winter Softball Workout – 7:30pm-9pm
Open to any player 7th grade-12th grade in Lafayette District
Items to bring:
Glove, bat, batting gloves, helmet, tennis or turf shoes (no cleats)
Hand weights (5 pound barbells – or heavier weight if needed)
- All workouts will be in the green building
- Winter workout period (Mon/Wed/Thur from January 8th – February 14th)
- Softball Tryouts February 15th (6pm)
