Fall conditioning will begin Wednesday, August 21st, and will be scheduled on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 6:30-8:30pm.

- Please bring $25 check for insurance if your child hasn’t signed up for a fall sport yet (middle school or high school).

- Bring check for $30 for practice shirts. (3 shirts – see attached picture)

- Bring a copy of your most recent KHSAA sports physical (if never played on Lafayette Softball Team)
